Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PoloPro collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the web dashboard, gallery, upload tools, and related photo booth services.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Storage and Processing

PoloPro uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate the service. Account and event metadata may be processed with Firebase/Google services. Photos, templates, and media assets may be stored in Cloudflare R2 and served through a CDN. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, protect users or the service, or with your direction, such as when you share a gallery link or QR code.

Public Gallery Links

Galleries and QR links may be accessible to anyone who has the link, depending on your event settings. Avoid sharing gallery links publicly unless you intend for others to access the photos or upload experience.

Data Retention and Deletion

Event data and uploaded media are retained while needed for active galleries, booth operations, customer support, backups, or account management. Dashboard users may delete photos, assets, or booth setups from available management tools. Some cached or backup copies may remain for a limited time as part of normal service operation.

Security

We use authentication, scoped storage paths, access controls, and provider security features to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep account credentials private and share gallery links carefully.

Your Choices

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service changes or when legal, operational, or security requirements change. The updated date above will reflect the latest version.
